Is this just another GPT chat widget?

The launch will feature a basic feedback widget, assisted with AI chat, yes. But the long-term road map is a fully AI assisted customer interaction system. If there's tedium and repetition, Dassy will automate it away from your life.

When is the launch?

The launch will be by mid June. But! Those whose sign up for Early Access will get the beta version waay before then. Early Access members will also get a massive early bird discount.

Will there be a free plan?

Yep! A basic feedback form widget(not AI assisted) will be available for free, where visitors can ask questions and send feedback via email.

Will there be a free trail for AI assistants?

Yes, all new accounts will have a 14 day free trial of the pro plan. No credit card details required.

Do I need to have existing documentation to train my Dassy assistant?

Yes, AI assistants need to be trained on existing documentation. We will offer AI assisted documentation generation in the future though, if there's demand

Do I still need live chat?

It's up to you, but we'd suggest only making it available for authenticated, paying users. Dassy will handle all the tire-kickers and trolls.

Will it generate FAQs?

Yep. Dassy will automatically generate a list of recommended FAQs from your documentation. It will also continually update it based on the most common questions it receives.

Can I get a discount?

Early Access users will get a 50% discount for the first year. After that, annual subscription plans will be available at a substantially discounted rate from monthly plans, so yes!
